This Refund & Dispute Policy outlines how SehlKar, operated by LINC GLOBAL HUB INC., handles refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes under its Merchant of Record (MoR) role. This policy applies to all users, freelancers, and vendors using the SehlKar platform.

1. Responsibility for Refunds & Disputes

As a Merchant of Record (MoR), SehlKar processes payments and assumes initial liability for compliance and payment flows. However, the ultimate responsibility for service delivery, product quality, and dispute resolution lies with the freelancer or vendor.

If a refund, chargeback, or dispute arises related to a paid invoice:

  • The corresponding amount will be deducted from the freelancer’s pending or future payouts.

  • If the payout has already been released, the freelancer is required to return the disputed amount to SehlKar within 14 calendar days of notification.

  • This amount may include any platform, gateway, or legal service fees incurred during the dispute.

2. Chargeback Liability and Recovery

Failure to resolve or repay any disputed amounts within the specified timeframe may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of your SehlKar account

  • Legal action initiated under applicable jurisdiction

  • Engagement of a third-party collection or recovery agency

SehlKar reserves the right to recover all losses, including associated fees, legal expenses, and administrative charges.

3. Payout Hold Period (Cool-Off Window)

To mitigate chargeback and refund risks:

  • All payouts are subject to a minimum holding period of 7 business days from the date an invoice is marked Paid.

  • This “cool-off” period allows time for clients to raise any immediate concerns, helping reduce disputes.

  • SehlKar may request evidence of product or service delivery (e.g., receipts, communication, tracking, screenshots) before approving a payout.

Failure to provide valid proof may result in payout delays or denial.

4. Client Refunds

In certain cases, where a refund request is found valid under SehlKar’s discretion or legal obligation, the refund will be processed to the original payer. The amount will be adjusted from the associated freelancer/vendor’s balance or recovered directly as described above.

5. Communication & Resolution

We encourage all users to resolve disputes professionally. SehlKar may assist in mediation but does not guarantee conflict resolution unless required by applicable law or platform policy.
